Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The earliest time guests can check-in is 14:00, except on a match day when check-in is 20:00 or midnight. Check-out is 11:00; unless again it falls on a match day then check-out will be 08:30 on the day of the match.

Due to the nature of the hotel being located within the football ground, if your booking falls on the date of a match fixture, we regret that we reserve the right to cancel the booking or allow you access to the room after 20:00, unless the booking is on a midweek match fixture when check-in is not until midnight.
