The treat of Amir, Mohamad Tarik and the other guy (dont remember the name) was amazing. Also, we took everyday one tour that the hotel offers (it is worth it, so do it), the guides were simply amazing, Marwa from Alexandria tour was great and very nice and also Sherif Hussen Khatab was great, both very profesional, but also very human and nice. We want to make a special mention and recognition to Reddah (the driver), he is amazing and a great human being. Everyone made us feel like at home. The hotel is situated in a safe place and the view to the pyramids are stunning. Thank you all for being part of our trip and treat us as a family, we will come back next year.
