The owner is a very warm and nice person and erven oferred his help to carry our stuff to the house. The house was very confortable, with an excellent view and fully equiped kitchen. The house is located in a very quite small rural village where it is very easy to see cows and horses. The breakfast had some vegetables from their own garden, homemade sweets, different sorts of bread, cheese, different hams, hot chocolate and coffee. The breakfast is highly recommended. Our stay was short but we will surelly come back for a longer stay.

Lake Chiemsee is 20 minutes by car. Austria is a 30-minute drive away. We had a great time in this wonderful place!

I am born in the area and we chose this stay to visit our family. And as a local let me tell you that this is the perfect place to stay in the Chiemgau area. Very well equipped, very clean and new interior. Typical modern Bavarian style. Bathroom large and modern. High water pressure. Great cozy bedroom.
