Hotel staff and managers are kind enough to let me check in early. Excellent service both security and staff very helpful. Buffet line of delicious meals are so good lots of choices, clean restaurant, clean facilities swimming pool, restrooms, entrance and comfortable beds. The beds are the best experience here. You will really get a good night sleep and most of all quite rooms. Close to the malls, and airport especially if you only stay for few days and have to fly out again. Thank you SEDA management and staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Manila.

The staff was so friendly and professional, we had nothing to worry about, the check-in was easy, the staff directly took care of our luggages and had prepared some delicious homemade tea for our arrival. The room was perfectly clean, everything was brand new and the room and the bathroom were so comfortable. It's the perfect place if you need to stay overnight near the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood before or after taking your plane. They have a beautiful and cute rooftop with a gym and also a bar/restaurant. The staff there was amazing, they even offered us a cocktail. The next day, we had our plane a bit later in the afternoon and they nicely let us stay in our room after the usual check-out time, it was very convenient. If you're travelling from Europe, you'll be astonished by how Filipinos are welcoming, especially at this Residence. Everything was better than we could have expected!

I felt like the only guest in the building. Good restaurant next door, fruit sellers nearby and a bank across the road. Stable internet connection. So far the cleanest place I had in Manila in this price category. Normally on all other hotels the pics don't match the reality, but this one does.

The property is breathtaking. Beautiful, clean and aesthetic. The rooms are pristine clean and super spacious breakfast is delicious and brought every morning to your own terrace. We’ve also ordered dinner one night and it was wonderful. Best meal we had at Port Barton. The staff couldn’t be nicer and they help you with transportation and tour hiring at not extra charge. There cats and dogs that are well take care for. I Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We spend 5 days at Parrots and are sad to leave this beautiful oasis.
